The remote shows 4 volume settings. What are the actual decibel levels associated with them?

The Control Module offers a “Low” and “High” range volume setting. It ships set on the “Low Range” setting which is correct for most installations.

On the “Low Range” Control Module setting, the Remote settings would be as follows:
“Low” = 36 dBA, "Level 1" = 39 dBA, “Level 2” = 42 dBA, “High” = 45 dBA.

On the “High Range” Control Module setting, the Remote settings would be as follows:
“Low” = 48 dBA, “Level 1” = 51 dBA, “Level 2” = 54 dBA, “High” = 57 dBA.

How do you switch the controller to the higher range?

On the rear of the Control Module is a white label with instructions on how to set up the controller.
